Introduction

This Privacy Policy governs the data handling practices of Pynar (hereinafter referred to as “the App”), a dedicated travel journal application designed for adult users. The core service of the App is to allow users to record shared travel moments with friends by uploading travel photos, editing descriptive text information, and generating exclusive travel logs that can be reviewed at any time. This policy clearly defines how we collect, use, store and protect user data, as well as the legitimate rights and interests of all registered users.

Accessing and using all functional services of Pynar means that you have fully read, understood and voluntarily agreed to all terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not accept any term herein, you must immediately stop using the App and delete all local travel log data generated by your use.

1. Age Access Limitation

Pynar is an adult-only application, available solely for users aged 18 and above. Any use, access or registration by minors under the age of 18 is strictly forbidden.

The friend travel log recording function of the App is developed for adult personal and social travel recording scenarios, and does not provide services for minors. We do not actively collect any personal data, travel content or usage records of minors. In case any minor-related information is unintentionally acquired due to unexpected system failures, we will take immediate and thorough measures to permanently delete such data. All users warrant that they possess full civil capacity when using this platform and shall bear corresponding legal responsibilities for their published travel content.

2. Data Collection Rules

Pynar adheres to the principle of voluntary authorization and minimal collection. We only collect data actively submitted and authorized by users for the purpose of completing travel log creation and viewing. No passive monitoring, hidden collection or excessive data crawling will be performed. The specific collected data types are as follows:

2.1 User Travel Log Content

All original travel record content independently created and uploaded by users, which is the core data for generating friend travel logs:

• Travel Photos: Local photos of travel scenery, friend group travel moments, tourist attractions and other travel-related pictures uploaded by users for log recording.

• Travel Text Information: User-edited text content, including travel routes, travel insights, friend travel anecdotes, trip notes and other personalized travel record information.

• Integrated Travel Logs: Complete friend travel journal files synthesized from user uploaded photos and text content, supporting permanent local storage and real-time viewing.

2.2 Basic Anonymous Service Data

To maintain the stable operation of the App, optimize user experience and fix functional faults, we anonymously collect non-identifiable basic device and operation data, including device system version, App running logs and abnormal crash records. Such data cannot locate individual user identity and is only used for internal product optimization, without binding to any user’s private travel log content.

3. Legitimate Usage of User Data

All user data processed by the App is only used for the following legitimate and necessary service purposes to ensure the normal operation of friend travel log recording and viewing functions, without any unauthorized commercial use or expanded usage scope:

• Realize core service functions: Complete local parsing, generation and storage of user friend travel logs to support users’ permanent preservation and anytime viewing of travel memories with friends.

• Optimize application operation experience: Analyze anonymous operation data to improve the stability of photo uploads, the fluency of text editing and the compatibility of log file storage.

• Repair and iterate product functions: Identify abnormal operation problems, continuously optimize product functions, and improve the overall use experience of travel log recording.

• Respond to user service requests: Solve user function consultation, problem feedback and privacy-related inquiries through the official dedicated email channel.

4. Data Storage & User Sovereignty

Pynar implements a pure local storage mechanism. All user travel photos, edited text notes and complete friend travel log files are only stored in the user’s personal mobile device. The platform does not have any remote server upload, cloud synchronization or automatic backup functions, and will not actively transmit user private travel log content to any external server.

Temporary cache data generated during photo uploading and log editing will be automatically cleared after the completion of a single operation task to prevent redundant data accumulation. Users have full and independent control over all travel log content. You can view, edit, sort, export and delete travel logs at any time. All deleted data will be permanently and irreversibly erased without any residual backups.

5. Third-Party Data Protection & Non-Sharing

The App strictly protects the privacy of user travel log data. We will never sell, rent, share, transmit or disclose any user’s private travel photos, text records and friend travel log content to any third-party institutions, enterprises or individuals in daily service operation.

This App is independently developed and operated, with no embedded third-party data statistics SDK, behavior tracking tools or external data transmission interfaces. User data will only be disclosed when required by mandatory national laws, judicial rulings or official law enforcement documents.

6. Data Security Protection Mechanism

We have built a complete local privacy security protection system for user friend travel log data. All content uploading, editing and saving operations run in an independent encrypted local sandbox environment, which can effectively prevent data leakage, tampering, loss and illegal access. The platform implements strict internal permission control, and no staff can view, obtain or export user private travel log content in any form, fully protecting users’ travel memory privacy and data security.

7. Non-Collection of Sensitive Private Data

The App’s functional positioning is single and clear, focusing only on friend travel log creation and storage. We will not actively identify, extract or collect any sensitive information contained in user uploaded photos and text, including biological features, geographic location information, personal sensitive privacy and other irrelevant data. All data processing is limited to basic travel log recording functions without any excessive privacy mining behavior.

8. Cache Management & User Behavior Protection

The App only uses basic local cache technology to ensure the smooth progress of travel log creation tasks. We do not use tracking Cookies, user behavior recording tools or third-party monitoring components to track users’ usage habits and private preferences. Users can manually clear App cache through device settings at any time, and this operation will not affect the normal storage and viewing of core travel log data.

9. User Content Compliance Obligations

Users shall bear full independent legal responsibility for all travel photos and text log content uploaded and published by themselves. Users undertake not to use this App to upload, create or disseminate illegal, infringing, pornographic, violent, false and other non-compliant content that violates national laws, regulations and public order and good customs, and shall not use the platform to record or spread inappropriate friend travel content.

The platform reserves the right to restrict or terminate the service qualification of users who violate compliance regulations, and reserves the right to pursue corresponding legal liabilities for all illegal and irregular behaviors.

10. Policy Revision & Update Rules

We reserve the right to revise and update this Privacy Policy irregularly in accordance with product function iteration, service upgrade and changes in national personal information protection laws and regulations. The latest policy version will be displayed inside the App with a clear effective date. Users’ continued use of the App’s services after the policy update will be deemed as acceptance of the revised terms.
